We are seeking an individual with energy and drive, who has the skills to provide 2nd level support to customers and frontline staff to Dhiraagu products and services, in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provisioning of services within define SLA’s.
- Attend, diagnose and resolve escalated cases within defined SLA’s and provide support to frontline staff and other customer touchpoints.
- Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments and follow up on such cases.
- Monitor stream and signal quality and take appropriate actions.
- Monitor and ensure programming is within the compliance guideline.
- Seamless editing/ censoring of content enduring appropriate and uninterrupted viewing experience.
